When you look at the business plans of some large brokers, you might get the sense that they make more charging their agents fees versus actually selling real estate. That just sounds a little too fishy to us so you will never see a single admin, marketing, sign or any other such imaginary nonsense at M Squared. From day one you will notice we don’t waste our energy trying to come up with ways to nickel and dime our agents, but instead work diligently on gathering market intelligence, closing sales and most of all supporting our agents. And no, there is no premium to hang your license with us other than the cost of the thumbtack (which is fully refundable if you bring in your own).

We know not every agent fits into a standard compensation plan so we don’t bother with progressive plans, multi-level marketing residual schemes or any other creative gimmick. Instead, we start with an intelligent conversation with our agents, create a business plan and determine the level of service and support needed and adjust the commission split accordingly. Sure some brokers offer 100% commission splits, but 100% of zero sales volume isn’t much to write home about.

Finally, with our thriving sister business, we have relationships with thousands of renters and homeowners in the area who already trust M Squared to either insure or manage their property so when the time comes to buy or sell, they call us first.
